Terms and conditions of sale
The prices displayed in the gallery are prices for margin sales. A reservation of ownership is applied until the final payment of all the due amounts, with the buyer only becoming the owner upon the completion of the payment. All amounts paid are considered as deposits until the final payment.
In case of late payment, late payment interest at an annual rate of 12% on the unpaid amount will be due automatically.
A flat-rate indemnity of €40 will be applied in case of late payment, in addition to any other amount due, for collection fees.
In case of a commercial dispute, the reference court is the Commercial Court ofNantes (FRANCE).
